| Expo Profile The 1st
International Congress on Ceramics (ICC) is a new series
of biennial meetings organized by The American Ceramic
Society, the Ceramic
Society of Japan, and the European Ceramic Society. The
inaugural Congress is a global event designed to facilitate
discussion and planning concerning
major issues that impact the ceramics and glass industry,
culminating in the development of a Global Roadmap for
Ceramics and Glass.
The ICC is designed to attract business and R&D leaders, as well
as scientists and entrepreneurs working in emerging ceramic and glass
technologies. This event provides an excellent opportunity to showcase
your organizations’ technologies, products and services to more
than 600 key ceramic and glass business leaders and technology experts.
A key feature of the ICC is the Technology Showcase, which takes place
on Monday, 26 June and Tuesday, 27 June and consists of 30 booths and
24 tabletop exhibits. The Technology Showcase is integrated with two
high-profile poster sessions to ensure that attendees spend quality
time in the exhibit hall. Plus, exhibit hours do not conflict with
ICC sessions allowing exhibiting companies to fully participate in
the Congress.
This Congress is unlike any other event. It is not another technical
meeting. It is an interactive event that will produce a global roadmap
for ceramics. This roadmap will be used by industry, government, and
university research centers throughout the world to impact the field
of ceramics and glass.
Attendees of the ICC are interested in a wide range of applications,
