EDUCATION ACerS/NICE is the lead organization responsible for accreditation of collegiate programs in glass and ceramic engineering through the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET). This includes working with TMS to evaluate materials science and engineering programs with specialties or emphasis in ceramics.
