Discount Chiropractic Services

Members may receive special discounts through a nationwide network of chiropractors. Discounts up to 50%. To insure quality and professionalism, each chiropractor must meet specific credentials before being added to the network.

There are no deductibles, no claims to file, no limitations for any pre-existing problems, unlimited access to care with no limits on the number of visits or the dollar amounts. There is no charge for the initial consultation, savings of up to 50% on all diagnostic services and x-rays if necessary, plus 30% savings on all other services. Items such as vitamins and durable goods are discounted at the provider's discretion.

This "Health Access" program offers a growing network of more than 12,000 providers nationwide. The program is designed to provide members and their families chiropractic services at significant discounts, from their choice of our participating Doctors of Chiropractic. Members call a toll-free number to find participating chiropractors in their area.

The Health Access program is not insurance and is not intended to replace any chiropractic coverage that you might have currently. There are no exclusions, waiting periods, and members may use the services as often as needed without limitations. Members must present their active Health Access identification card, to the participating provider prior to receiving services.

Payment of an annual $29.95 enrollment fee is required to participate in this program. Members may print the enrollment form and mail it in with their payment to the Benefits Processing Center. An enrollment form will also be enclosed in your new member packet. Your request will be processed and you will receive your identification card in approximately 2 weeks. Present your ID card to the participating provider prior to receiving services.
