How does it work?
Take your new or refill prescription information and your Members Advantage Identification
card to any of the participating pharmacies. Present your card at the time the medication
is ordered and prior to payment. The pharmacist must enter your personalized member
information into their computer to calculate your preferred price. Pay the preferred price
of your prescriptions at the time of purchase. There are no forms to complete. The Members
Advantage prescription program is priced via an online computer system.

Mail-Order service is available in addition to your walk-in drug card program. It's
ideal for people who take prescription medications on a regular basis, thanks to several important
advantages. These include immediate savings - you can get up to a 90-day supply for one low
price, no claim forms to file, and no waiting for reimbursements. Save time by simply mailing
your prescriptions to the Mail Order Service for processing. You must also include your name,
address, group #, ID#, phone #, and payment. To obtain price quotes and mailing information call

Enrollment in this prescription drug program, the vision
program,
and hearing program are included
with your American Ceramic Society membership. Members may print
the enrollment form (PDF)
and mail it directly
to the Benefits Processing Center (include $5 shipping/handling charge).
An enrollment form will also be enclosed in your new member packet.
Your request will be processed and you will receive
your identification card in approximately 2 weeks. Present your
ID card to the participating pharmacist prior to placing an order.
