The Vision One® discount vision program entitles you and your dependents to savings of up to 60% on eyecare products and services at thousands of participating providers (including Sears, JC Penney, Pearle Vision Centers, and many more).

You select from the finest lenses, many designer frames and a complete collection of contact lenses.

Easy to Use

Locate a participating provider by calling the toll-free provider locator number included with your enrollment package. Select the participating provider of your choice and present your ID card to the provider prior to your purchase. There are no claim forms to file and you and your family can use this benefit as often as you like.

Enrollment in this vision program, the hearing program, and prescription drug program are included with your American Ceramic Society membership. Members may print the enrollment form (PDF) and mail it directly to the Benefits Processing Center (include $5 shipping/handling charge). An enrollment form will also be enclosed in your new member packet. Your request will be processed and you will receive your identification card in approximately 2 weeks. Present your ID card to the participating provider prior to receiving services.
