American Ceramic Society and NYS College of Ceramics at Alfred University
will hold the 2007 Glass & Optical Materials Division Meeting & 18th
University Conference on Glass in Rochester, New York, May 20-23, 2007.
This combined conference includes topics spanning glass technology,
glass science, optical materials, transport phenomena, and relaxations
in glass transition range. A complete technical program includes presentations
and posters covering the latest developments, applications, and research
methodologies in glass science and technology. In addition, activities
such as award lectures and a special tribute to honor the lifelong contributions
of Professor Cornelius Moynihan will also be held.
Over 200 researchers and scientific professionals from around the globe,
working in all areas of glass and optical materials, are expected to
