Object Name Glass, Commemorative
Description Cylinder shaped glass. Gold trim around rim. Thick white band that covers nearly all of the glass. Two angled breaks in band opposite one another. One side of break reads "AMERICAN CERAMIC SOCIETY" with the seal underneath, all in blue. The other, larger side has "66th ANNUAL MEETING APRIL 18 to 23, 1964 PALMER HOUSE CHICAGO ILLINOIS". Bulbous vase with a long neck etched under letters and into white band. The other half has an oval design in blue with two men working clay and reads underneath "THIS TUMBLER WAS PRINTED WITH COLORS CONTAINING Drakotherm SOUVENIR FROM Drakenfeld". All lettering in blue. Plain base.
