Object Name Glass, Commemorative
Description Cylinder shaped drinking vessel with foot shaped as a shot glass. Glass has white opaque band that covers most of exterior of glass. Top of band decorated with blue dots that run down to base next to blue vertical lines. Four lines in all, two pair on opposite sides. In between blue lines, "USA" and "APOLLO 11". Design on one half of glass, top of band "LIQUID FUEL RED LINE" above a red line that runs almost from blue line to blue line. Three oval shaped cut-away in the white opaque band with blue dots surrounding each. Below is the landing device "EAGLE" with an astronaut walking on the moon. Below "MOONSHOT" Is written. Five sets of three vent slits below. Opposite side of glass has same "LIQUID FUEL RED LINE" design and the three cut-away design. Below is a circle with an eagle landing on the moon with the earth in the background. to the right is "MAN ON THE MOON JULY 20,1969" and the American flag underneath. Shot glass section has the opaque band that covers entire glass. Glass is concave and flares out at base. Above base, blue dot design with five sets of three vent slits and a band of alternating blue and white stripes.
