Notes Manufacturer possibly Owens-Illinois Glass Company. In the summer of 1941 when Harvey Littleton was 19 and working in Building 40 of the Corning Glass Works, the laboratory of Dr. Fred Bickford, he created the slip cast for the piece. It was cast from Multiform, slip case Vycor glass.
