Description Round, molded, blue and white, transfer decorated, in the center is a depiction of George Washington in a full length cape looking over the grounds of the New York World's Fair with the sphere and obelisk in the background, written around the scene, "New York World's Fair 1939. Commemorating George Washington's inauguration as first President of the U.S.A. 1789", raised rim, eight scenes around rim showing different venues at the New York World's Fair
