Description Hand-thrown, hand-painted, slip-decorated, brown, tan and white, raised band at base, sides flare slightly to wide shoulder, cylindrical, tall neck. flared rim with squared edge, lug handles on each side attach to the rim at top and the shoulder at the bottom, the handles resemble the necks and heads of giraffes, on the sides are raised decorations of water lillies on one side and a crane amidst cattails and palm trees on the other, raised triangle pattern in brown around the base and on the back of the handles, the shoulder is brown in raised decoration that drapes over the side in triple-peaked sections, raised five-petal sprigs around neck in brown, raised rectangles and lines in brown around the outside edge of the rim, inscribed vines along the sides that line up with the handles
